About Me

I became fascinated with the therapeutic potential of bodywork, and massage therapy in particular, after experiencing a Panchakarma Ayurvedic Retreat in India.

Keen to understand more, I ventured into a trip of knowledge and exploration of different therapeutic modalities, learning from various traditions and schools of thought. I undertook my initial diploma trainings in Reflexology and traditional Thai Massage in London and I have since completed various other trainings in Therapeutic Massage, Craniosacral Therapy (both biodynamic and Cranial Osteopathy), Structural Integration, Pregnancy Reflexology and Massage.

Currently, I am pursuing an Osteopathy Diploma training at the Swiss International College of Osteopathy.

Prior to bodywork, I studied Fine Arts at Central St Martins in London and occasionally I like to illustrate childrens’ books and also engage in other artist endeavours.
